I often incorporate weather into my watercolours.
Generated from a combination of washed out forms and confident strokes of colour, I enjoy loosely representing elements that melt and fade into the composition.
I like the energy of bad weather and the depth of colour that can be evoked from a dark and gloomy atmosphere.

This painting would look wonderful framed "floating in matte" with Museum quality glass.
